My name is Luca, I am 34 years old and I live in Sanremo.
After many years of working in Italian Michelin-star restaurants, I have decided to go back to my beloved hometown and put to good use the expertise I have gained over these years behind the stove.
My dream is to let everybody know the true meaning of the concept of Quality product through my cooking philosophy. People tend to think that high quality necessarily means higher prices. I want to debunk that myth.
I have a passion for researching and selecting the best ingredients from small local producers every day. All of my dishes are made with fresh seasonal products and genuine ingredients from farm to table.
My love for good food prevents me from using processed ingredients, preservatives, or ready-made products.
I enjoy making my own bread, fresh pasta and leavened products, which add a special touch to my menus.
